If you are looking for an exciting project in the IoT space, this opportunity might be for you. Our client is a well-known consultancy that is developing their IoT practice, and has a mandate to create an IoT platform for a big 3 automotive company in Detroit. This will be the foundational technology for the firm’s next generation functionality and the consultancy is looking to bring on an architect who will be instrumental in its development. The cloud engineer will create the framework for a highly scalable and efficient cloud-based platform, using Java and AWS technologies.

Cloud Engineer, Java — Automotive IoT Requirements:
Bachelors degree and 10+ years software engineering experience
Experience developing distributed applications on an AWS cloud
Expertise to build large-scale, resource efficient applications
Excellent server-side programming using Java
Ability to execute performance tuning
This is a long-term project based in Detroit, MI.
