Our client is a well-known consulting firm with a regional model and they are taking on a CRM transformation effort with a large publishing company in New York City. The team has a mandate to work across their Technical Services groups to deliver projects within their customer data and applications group, with the aim to transform their CRM, data management, and customer service systems. The main platform to be integrated is Salesforce, and this individual will have the opportunity to work with teams leveraging several technologies including AWS Cloud, Spring boot, Reltio, Tableau, and others, to create seamless solutions for internal stakeholders, business users, and customers. The ideal candidate will have experience creating and managing program roadmaps, coordinating across workstreams, and managing project resources to deliver on the program mandates.
