Our client is currently engaged with a well-known publishing company who is implementing a Salesforce sale console for their call centers. They are seeking a skilled and knowledgeable individual who would operate as the Solution Architect, leading and overseeing the development and process through to its completion. The ideal candidate is someone who is excited about helping organizations structure their sales operations and make an impact within a company with buy-in from senior leadership.

Salesforce Solutions Architect Requirements:
Bachelors degree and 5+ years experience with enterprise software implementations
Notable experience in translating business requirements into functional designs and guiding the technical team to enhance development
Experience implementing sales console, experience working with and implementing Salesforce for call centers
Familiarity with the different types of development to build in Salesforce: configuration, Lightning components, APEX code; knowledge of systems in order to explain/communicate goals (ability to code not necessary)

This is a long term engagement of at least 6 months. The client has offices in NYC and Chicago, and has travel budget after the first 2 months of onsite work.
