Then, we utilize a suite of assessment tools to qualify attributes that are predictors of success in change management, such as:

  • Attitude towards work

We tie it all together with an in-depth behavioral-based interview to establish a pattern of accomplishment and identify an environment where consultants are likely to replicate success.
