Our client is a boutique financial services-focused consultancy with a bespoke model. They have an engagement to support the merger of two finance firms in the Fort Mill, SC area and are looking to bring on a Project Manager for the Application Portfolio Management piece of the work. This individual will bring expertise in application portfolio management as well as project management and business analysis functions, ideally within the financial services space. The work will include liaising with application users and owners in both entities, documenting application utility, cost, and integration feasibility. This is an exciting role for someone to bring order to chaos and generate exceptional operational capability for the newly merged companies.

Project Manager — Application Portfolio Management Requirements:
Bachelors degree and 5+ years experience
Application Portfolio Management experience in an enterprise level organization is essential
Understanding of or prior experience working in a financial services or financial technology firm is preferred
Ability to work with stakeholders in a dynamic, potentially charged environment
Demonstrated success negotiating with colleagues diplomatically across all levels of an organization
This Project Manager opportunity is based on Fort Mill, SC area and there is travel budget for remote candidates.
