Our client is a boutique consulting firm with a focus on financial services — they are currently implementing an end-to-end business solution within an asset management firm in NYC. The engagement mandate is to transition the firm’s equity trades from a legacy OMS into Aladdin. The consultancy is looking to add an Architect/Developer to their team who will help them to implement the technology for the OMS data feed system. Candidates should have experience managing technology for OMS system transitions.

Architect/Developer Requirements:
Bachelors degree and 7-10 years experience with software development and SDLC
Expertise with MS SQL Server 2012+
Exposure to Order Management Systems is essential, ideally Charles River and Aladin
Exposure to Execution Management Systems is a plus
Experience as a technical lead, designing projects and managing teams
Understanding of software test frameworks
Experience with ETL platforms (Informatica or SSIS) preferred
Ability to work within a Scrum/Kanban framework, experience with Agile

This is a long-term project based in NYC that will start remotely, and will transition to the office as/when conditions permit.
