Our client, a well-known financial technology firm, has been building out a consulting group to implement their products. They are working with an investment bank that is seeing extraordinarily high trade volume and looking to expand their trade operations and settlement capabilities. They are looking for a Brokerage Settlement Specialist to help them with increased settlement fails and margin call volumes. This is a very exciting opportunity to join an organization with a significant customer base alongside a new consulting practice — their investment into the practice is significant, and they are experiencing growth.

Bachelors degree and 5+ years trade operations experience

Experience with Margin and Collateral – reconciling margin calls and handling discrepancies

Experience settling equity and bond products through DTCC, Euroclear, Clearstream, etc.
Ability to quickly learn new applications and absorbing processes and procedures
Experience working with the International Markets.
Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to articulate complex concepts in a clear manner
Organized, detailed and able to manage work to meet tight deadlines.
Working in a remote environment without direct supervision.

This is a long-term project and consultants will work remotely.
