They have an engagement to reengineer a pharmaceutical client’s clinical operations practice to support the development of new products. The team will map, assess, and develop new processes, as well as reengineer existing procedures to support the new business strategies. This effort will span the gamut from study design to study close out, including start up, monitoring, best practices, compliance, conduct, etc. The consultancy is charged with the workstream that will develop playbooks, process maps, SOPs and training materials. Candidates should be interested in working in a fast-paced, transformative, yet supportive, environment, and should bring experience with process mapping in a clinical environment with a pharmaceutical company.
