Salesforce Tech Lead

Our client is a globally active management consulting company and a valued partner to renowned international financial services companies — they are currently implementing an end-to-end salesforce solution within a global bank. The engagement mandate is to design and implement the salesforce platform. The consultancy is looking to add a Salesforce Tech Lead to their team who will lead a small team of developers and implement the salesforce system. Candidates should have experience with financial services cloud or salesforce marketing cloud.

Salesforce Tech Lead Requirements:
Bachelors degree
Salesforce Certified Administrator, Salesforce Certified Platform Developer 1 required.
Experience with FSC and Marketing Cloud
Experience with Salesforce APIs, APEX, triggers, workflows and Lightning components
Experience programming with VisualForce, Apex, HTML5, Javascript and their use within Salesforce.
Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision as well as in a team setting.
Strong understanding of relational database concepts and designs.
Excellent analytical skills with the ability to articulate solutions to developers, administrators and users.
In-depth knowledge of Salesforce best practices and procedures.
